The Human-Readable Summary

We know nobody likes reading legal jargon, so here is the plain English version of how we handle your data:

  • We do not require you to make an account to use our free tools.
  • We do not store or save the videos/media you download using our tools.
  • We use Google Analytics to see which tools are popular so we can improve them.
  • We use Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep this platform free.
  • We will never secretly sell your email address or personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to operate the service:

  • Usage data (pages visited, tools used) via Google Analytics — anonymised and aggregated.
  • Error logs to diagnose technical issues. These do not contain personally identifiable information.
  • Cookies set by third-party services (Google Analytics, Vercel). You can opt out via your browser settings.
  • We do not require account creation for core features. If you voluntarily contact us via email, we retain your message to respond to you.

    2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

  • Improve website performance and user experience.
  • Fix bugs and diagnose errors.
  • Understand which tools and features are most useful.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

    3. Media Downloads

When you use our download tools, all processing happens on-demand. We do not store, cache, or retain any media files you download. Downloaded content is fetched from the source platform and passed directly to your browser.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download any content, in compliance with the source platform's terms of service.

    4. Third-Party Services

Our service uses the following third-party providers:

  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — anonymised usage analytics
  • Google AdSense — third-party advertising (see the "Advertising" section below)
  • Supabase — database for authenticated features (hooks, saved content)
  • Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

    5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners to display ads on this website. These help keep Creators House free to use.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies or web beacons to collect non-personally-identifiable information for ad measurement and personalisation.
  • Your choices: You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices. For EU/EEA users, we present a consent notice for advertising and analytics cookies where required.

    6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality, analytics cookies (via Google Analytics), and advertising cookies (via Google AdSense and its partners, as described above). You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; however, some parts of the site may not function correctly.

    7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 26 months per Google Analytics default settings. If you contact us by email, we retain your message for as long as needed to resolve your query.

    8. Your Rights & Grievances (India – DPDP Act, 2023)

Creators House does not require an account for its core tools and does not itself store your personal data. Any analytics or advertising data is collected by our third-party partners (Google) under your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner or your browser/Google Ads settings.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and similar laws in other jurisdictions), you may have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We aim to respond within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.

    9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last revised" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
