  • You will not use bots to overwhelm our servers.

  • Our editorial advice is based on our experience; we do not guarantee financial results.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creators House ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Download, reproduce, or distribute content in violation of copyright or platform terms of service.
  • Use the Service to harass, harm, or infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to bulk-download content without prior written permission.

    • 3. Intellectual Property

    The Creators House brand, logo, design, and original code are owned by Creators House and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce them without explicit permission.

    Content surfaced via third-party APIs (memes, stickers, social media media) remains the property of its original creators. Creators House makes no claim of ownership over such content.

    4. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be available at all times or error-free.
  • Downloaded media will be of any particular quality or format.
  • AI-generated content (captions, hooks) will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creators House and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

    6. Third-Party Content & Links

    The Service may link to or embed content from third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of such content. Use of third-party content is subject to those platforms' own terms of service.

    7. User Responsibility for Downloads

    You are solely responsible for ensuring that any media you download complies with the source platform's terms of service and applicable copyright law. Creators House provides download tools as a technical utility; we do not condone copyright infringement.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, users, or third parties.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last revised" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

    11. Intermediary Status & Grievance Redressal

    Creators House acts only as a technical intermediary. We do not host, store, or own any third-party media; content is fetched on-demand from its source platform at the user's request and passed directly to the user.

    In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, if you believe any content accessed through the Service infringes your rights or is unlawful, you may send a takedown or grievance request to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We will acknowledge such requests within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days.
